Vintage Celluloid Carnival Doll With Top Hat, Feathers, Earrings, and Necklace

Here is a vintage Celluloid Carnival Doll with a top hat, feathers, earrings, and necklace.  The string holding the arms has stretched but can be easily tightened since it is a single string passing through the body from one arm to the other.  The top hat string has stretched also but can be just as easily tightened.  The doll has a small dent on the left cheek.  The back of the doll's head has a small dent but is hard to recognize because of the hair waves and curls.  The doll does not have a cain, and I believe I remember it having one since there is a hole in the right hand to hold one.  If you look at the picture of the bottom of the feet, you will see a pencil mark of 1960.  I believe my mom wrote this on there after I brought it home from the carnival.  I have not tried to remove it.  Please check out the pictures.  This doll comes form a smoke free home.
